This is absurd. So many people did not receive anything in the mail. I hold a bunch of penny minors without a dime to their name but they can still manage to get their retail offer forms mailed out to their shareholders.
As others have mentioned you can call and get the information for BPAY online which I did but pretty disappointed in how BOQ have handled this.
However I'm still happy buy the shares and happy with the companies performance as a bank.
