I've received nothing in the mail, but assumed others received an email as I did.
There is a link in the email to BOQ's website, insert your HIN number, postcode etc, it brings up your number of shares entitled....you indicate the number you wish to subscribe for, and once submitted this suffices for a signed paper copy of your acceptance of the offer.
You are also provided the BPAY Code and a personal reference number should you wish to pay by BPAY.
I did, (today) and I would advise completing the transaction no later than tomorrow to be sure it arrives COB Friday.
