    maybe-- 1.2mill in cash at the end of Sept ...700k outgoing for the DEC qtr ....leaving 500k for March Qtr
    so not broke just yet .. surely well before the end of the March qtr we will have funding in place to bring the operation into production during the june Qtr ..
