I would be careful about ROL at this point. I sold out when Indonesia started revoking mining licences. Massive loss but that is the nature of investing in emerging markets/third world countries.

There is an element of comfort in that they have a local investor but still beleive the risk is too high relative to other investment options.

Any good news might lead to a short term spike in the sp but beleive the trend is towards 25c and lower
