IMO, the chart is fairly inadequate due to the impending change in business plan, assets, balance sheet and management, name change, recapitalisation etc, however, 5.9 looks the next phase after which 12c is the third and last target.
IMO, the better bet is to compare and contrast companies of the same ilk and then attempt to place a comparative market value. I haven't done this as of yet but will do soon enough.
