Mr Goh heading up Mig33 is a massive coupe seeing as he was the master-mind behind Sandford Securities and what he did there was instrumental.
Secondly the board of LAT have established several successful companies on the ASX. Therefore the share is in good hands with a well accomplished acquisiton which has demonstrated continuous growth. I think it is a no-brainer with plenty of upside based on its potential.
