    Like Zubrik, my reserach which has been thorough, confirms your comments on why the holder off loaded. Also, MW is not a fool. Why would he waste $7M on investing in a company that had no potential? There is no reason why he would. LTH will benefit substantially, and I am defining long term as a max of 12 months.
