The word nominally is thrown in .....whatever that means. I think they are trying to say that they have good reason to think that a lot of the work that they have quoted on will be awarded to them.
I thought the announcement was rather positive ......don't forget that they $a is now 15% + weaker than a year ago.
I think this business will get back to $ 5 + a share someday .
