This will continue to slide until the political situation in BF stabilizes.
Most recently (Saturday) there was a mutiny by a number of soldiers.
Forces loyal to Compaore attacked the army base where the mutiny was taking place (small city about 350km from
the capital) and 7 people where killed, 32 injured (soldiers and civilians) and 57 soldiers were arrested.
Started out with soldiers complaining about pay - they then however went on the rampage and looted civilian stores.
The civilians then rioted in protest at the govt not keeping things under control and attacked govt offices and buildings.
