good news for milliers
Well the major shareholder announcements have come. Perennial offloaded 8.65% at $1.40, Perpertual topped up from 8.17% to 12.17%, Lazzard topped up from 5.12% to 6.57% and some others snapped up the rest.

In my opinion a large overhang of stock has now found a long term hold and should be positives for the stock.

Purely on fundamentals the stock is quite attractive and they are: 7.1% fully franked dividend for 2005-06 and a price to earnings ratio (PER) below 10.
