It's too hard to determine. The majority of Hilcorp's other acreage (80 odd k) might be (don't know) on the margins and not right in the middle of the sweet spot. There has to be a price difference between acreage for certain areas inside outside the oil/condensate/gas window.

The way I read the KKR article, it was for all EF acreage that Hilcorp hold. But once again can't be certain.

I'm expecting AWE to raise their offer but not to 61c. As someone else stated, the 1st offer is not generally the last.
