Augusta- I agree with your numbers in principle as they seem to be the going rate, and I ams sure much of it if not all covers the JV AMI but we don't know the details. i.e. who is paying what share of drilling and development costs going forward which could easily change the effective value of the deal. But back to AWE, there is more to this than just a simple transaction. They want both the value and the knowledge of how to develop these plays, so they can pay above current market and still come out way ahead.
