I think it has to do with Hardman(oil co) selling out to Tullow Oil a few years ago. Ted Ellyard of the former company- made his name & fortune in Mauritania before selling out there too to majors- kept a small interest in Suriname before starting up Key as a new company.
I am not a technical person but I think I have covered most of the facts here.
We are all due for a change of fortune in KEY after waiting all this time for some action over getting on with the job there (Tanzania).
