I read on a respected broker's site that they are profiling this...

I read on a respected broker's site that they are profiling this company in one of their newsletters. This prompted me to start investigating them and have only had a look at their website and I like what I have so far read (first impressions only, given that they aren't going to write the bad stuff about themselves, and if what they are writing is correct then they could well have some potential.)
So ... my question is ... what has been driving their share price down so low over the past year?
Does anyone else have any thoughts or opinions on Sino Gold?
