BR currently has around 94 stores after opening 12 stores in 2009 . Growth in revenue on a per store basis for 2009 was up 6.2% which wasnt too bad considering the GFC. Store on store sales for the first quarter of the current financial year are performing very well and up 12.9% .

Allied planning on opening another 12 to 15 BR stores this year with the majority to be combo BR/CM (cookie man) stores as these stores are achieving sales growth of 30%+.

Unable to find any comments made by Allied on any documents with regarding any frachise legal action. Some unsuccessful franchise owners are always going to blame everyone but themselves.
