The last statement from the company was that CE approval had been achieved and FDA approval was in progress. It will arrive in due course. Until then if an investor wants to sell shares because they think its favourable to do based on intuition or experience, then thats their personal decision. It doesn't affect the operation of the company or its future prospects.

FDA approval will be announced when its been granted. Until then there's really only routine financial statements unless they want to announce the CZ Convivo demonstrations...
