Yes but see, after this was published things blew up at the mill. I harbour a sneaking suspicion that the announcement relating to the timing of the FDA approval was significant in the relationship melt down. It may have been unintentional initially, but after that personalities took over and maybe clarification became an issue and secrecy and confidentiality prevailed because of legal issues.
