Who knows what they're doing

When it comes to this company's investor relations, I can hear the crickets singing... 

The concern I have: CIO's ability to pivot their product line-up.
Cat-M1 and NB-IoT networks are ramping up in the US; and with it, a lot of competition is on the way.
Where are we.... who knows.

The last meaningful communication CIO had with its shareholders was the 2018 Annual Report.
In this awe-inspiring document (kidding), there was no strategy articulated.

I'll hold to the DEC Qtrly and then review.
If the company communicated more with its shareholders, I might stay.

This is a stock for mushrooms (i.e. you must like being in the dark and fed sheet)
