    $45m looks like a fair price for a business that turns $80m+ in revenues.
    The backing of Savcor Group OY gives some comfort that it is not going belly up.
    ART sale may not eventuate after all...Another way out could be negotiated with someone with deep pockets that may be interested to inject $10m into a basically solid business....We wait & see.
    In the meantime I am buying.....Dirt cheap.
