    Any HC'er hold MAG?

    IMO the takeover offer is a royal ripoff of the minority shareholders.

    The MPET is basically shell holding a few million $ in cash and 25 million shares of MAG.

    MAG has the new Kiana well, a bunch of cash, a bunch of oil and gas leases, and of course the underlying oil and gas.
