We have used the service for twelve months and are really happy with it. Our kids don't mind it, but I understand some do. If teenagers are used to unrestricted access and minimal supervision, they'll hate it. If they are used to parents watching/bugging them or not giving them much access, they'll be happy with it because it frees them up to use devices within the set limits.
We just bought 2 of the new phones for Christmas for our 16 and 14 year olds and they love them. There aren't really many compromises in the features on the phone. Some of their friends are even envious, but that doesn't necessarily result in a rising share price unfortunately. I hope the company goes well because it provides a good service, but they need to make sure they turn a profit in the end.
