    Why wouldn't they buy back at these levels? Especially if they have as an option for growth, any ideas of using IVA paper at some time to acquire assets from companies under stress. With most holders having an entry price of $2.00, probably won't be any real selling volume until well above $1.00 at least. The higher the share price then the cheaper any acquisition might be.....and with the Canadian company holding over 80%, they can issue a reasonable amount of paper before risking losing control.
