Well done Mmmmmmmgus..........you are an accomplished 'desktop sleuth !' It is unlikely that Summa will walk away from this empty handed. There will be some attempt to settle at some point in the continuum. I'm really unaware of the Law in the USA other than it's a maze that can be very expensive to buy your way out of. I sincerely hope that the case is thrown out & the sooner the better. The SP was hovering between 0.03-0.05c before this scourge was announced so hopefully a return to at least 0.03c if we emerge 'lightly.' A nice little 'uptick' in the after market auction....perhaps UCG is on the up ever so slightly !!!
