Thanks mgus for your investigations, but it is not the Summa case that is the trouble with CNX it is the disgracefully deceptive and duplicitus Queensland Government consistently draining massive fees from the company over the years. A shocking betrayal to take our licence fees, acknowledging all the while that this product passes all their hurdles and then after stripping all they can get out of us shutting the door slap bang in our faces with a announcement through the press. What pathetic gutless wonders that they could not have at least had courage enough to have discussed their weak kneed gutless decision, a complete capitulation, a total submission, squashed like pulp slap bang under the feet of the greens! How very sad it is that their jobs come down to 'how low must I prostrate myself to keep my job'. Queensland, no wonder you're sinking - morally 'stinking' all the way down......
