I don't have any info on meeting [not a Cortical holder] but see previous threads re AGM and posts by rja and chookiewookie [each to their own but God I hate that name].

Perhaps an email to BPH once you have satisfied yourself via the above 2 posters that it is kosher to find out why you didn't get an invite [I am positive I am not on their Xmas card list]and what it is all about. If voting is required on something are you supposed to get info so that you can proxy vote?

chookiewookie [ugh] apparently found out that Cortical is in fact a registered Company [did you see that post] so surely they have to follow a set protocol.

Would be VERY interested in what you come up with.
