    For sure AIM is a disastrous exchange but this is across the whole market AIM , ASX , TSX , not just Oilex .

    The price of oil drops $10 quickly and fund managers have to change the profile of their portfolio by reallocating capital away from oilies .

    As P.I.'s we have the luxury of being able to act counter-cyclically .

    Some real bargains out there .
