Ezenet and JV partners sell Puku Minerals

Sydney - Tuesday - November 22: (RWE Aust Business News) - Ezenet
Ltd (ASX:EZE) together with the other shareholders in the Zambian copper
mining project held by Puku Minerals Ltd will sell to Weatherly
International for 3.25m pounds, to be satisfied by the issue of 40.625m
shares in Weatherly at an issue price of 8p per share.
Weatherly is listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the
London Stock Exchange.
Ezenet, which holds a 45pc interest in Puku, will hold 18,281,250
of the shares and, following completion of the transaction, approximately
12.74pc of the issued shares in Weatherly.
Under the Alternative Investment Market rules the transaction
will constitute a reverse take over and the vendors will be deemed to be
acting in concert and accordingly the shares will be subject
to a 12 month lock-in.
Ezenet shares last traded at 10.5c.
