Anyone follow this one!

Done some research myself and I honestly believe it might be one of the better buys on the market at the moment. Do some of your own research and see what you think.

NTA of 57c

Fully franked divy of 7c per year returning 17.5% p/a

On last weeks TV Show 'location location' (I think thats what it was called) it showed and promoted Devine's BIG Melbourne Docklands project and it clearly stated that the 350mil project had been selling like hotcakes and infact 95% of the apartments was already sold apparantly.

Do your own research but I think this might be a goer.
