I too like MGR, have been accumulating for over 10 years now. Been through the highs of $6 ps down to the lows during GFC. (Under $1). Good management who appeared to ride out the GFC reasonably well and the future is looking good. I was a bit disappointed when they went from qtrly divi to bi-annual, but thats just cash flow. At least they kept paying divi's during the bad times. A couple of CRs but they were opportunities to add to the pile.
A bit of a fan of REITS & Property ETF's.
