I like MGR, have kept a small parcel as a little investment for a rainy day only, good one for a smurf I reckon, not so much to trade, but you may find you have lots in your superfund if you have an industry or retail fund, at least owning them you get the divi directly. REITS and property not much in favour or fashion it seems, very solid company and keep us informed well.
