Looking to buy into Mirvac. It is a quality run building company with a top product. This news today about Global partner with projects into the future up to 50% will allow them to go forward in multiple areas rather than committing to 1/2 the projects if funded solely. They are down from a $5.00 high. Paying dividends of approx. 8 cents - just under 5% roi. Any thoughts anyone?
