If they can average 600 bbls a day per well for the first 3 months per well with an average cost per well of say $1.2M and a net back of around $15.00 a barrel given the big discount against WTI I will give them a decent chance of success , but what sort of decline rates will occur ?
Guessing it can not be to bad as well spacings will be around 40 acres and it should be virgin country and the recent pay of over 100 feet was significant
I should really study this more as they do have potential this time around and welcome to be corrected on the above as all off the top of my head based on what I have read from other posters (ie cmonaussie ) on here .
