First of all a listed company is not "allowed" to go into liquidation, it is forced. Second if a company has debts exceeding its tax loss value why would anyone want to buy it? something you conveniently forget to mention?? or didn't know about?? To be certain of my assumptions of AKK I took the time to consult my accounting firm, their statement.........AKK has no debt and is cash positive so it's tax losses are a positive. Its' assets are debt free so they're a positive. Before you criticize why don't you learn to read (and understand) company financial reports. I also worked in the oil industry for some 30 years attaining senior positions and I remain quietly confident of AKKs' future. If you don't believe Trent ask AKK for a copy of the logs.
