The wheels of government are slowly turning. There has been a series of meetings where each province has presented its views.
The next Comittee meeting scheduled for next Tuesday (27th) talks about finalisation of the process which means a final bill agreed to by the provinces that goes to the house then to the President for approval.
Anyone else have fleas after laying with this dog, page-11
