I got that response about 3 weeks ago when i called ... thats why i posted that the reasons for the suspension and related spike in trading volume is that they're close to nailing something down .. extacly what, remains to be seen .. but MHL has always had the pre storm "tidal surge" prior to any worth while announcements ( ASX doesnt like leaks LOL ) ,,, DD on this aquasition would be HUGE ... at least Scottie Spence and co are earning their keep.... The question i stil ask myself is that why SOCA a distressed asset ? wouldn't be a target by larger co's that could sweep this up in an instant ? I reckon they've found some BS sweeped under the SOCA carpet.... and not gunga mun !
