The SIG isn’t involved at all in the Kolosori tenement process . Axiom have had an LOI there since the 23rd May and have completed all there landowner consultations in June and July. Their LOI expired on the 24th August but they haven’t advised shareholders if they got an extension or not. The glaring problem of course is that if they did need to get an extension then that would directly contradict the premise that all landowners live them and are super keen to sign up. Obviously if they needed an extension then it’s not as simple as that and perhaps landowner support is not there. Why haven’t they got an SAA?
Nothing at all to do with the SIG so no point in trying to make it their fault.
RM either has support of the landowners at Kolosori and has a signed SAA or he doesn’t and has had to get an extension to 23rd November. Which one seems to more likely..
Should be simple to update shareholders on what is going on...
