It is my understanding that they ABSOLUTLY did not sign. If you can prove otherwise I would like to see it.

Also, I tried to find an address in the Solomons to ask AVQ and couldn’t.

There is a P.O. Box but that’s it.

Surely, being on the cusp of greatness (and given the cash spend), they MUST have at least one office in country.

If they didn’t I would be VERY concerned.
