Due diligence before signing ?- what due diligence ? After all this time analysing AVQ's application - doing all their investigations and "granting the lease" it should surely be just a matter of signing by the Government - likewise what due diligence would Axiom be undertaking surely after waiting all this time to get a lease granted RM would surely crawl over broken glass to sign as without it Axiom has nothing of consequence.

Clearly the market is not convinced at this stage or the share price would not be languishing where it is
