It's just I see all too often people launch into these "investments" for nothing more than a tax deduction.
They'll go to any length not to pay tax.
It doesn't matter whether its trees, olives, mangoes, cattle etc
They don't care, or really know anything about the underlying investment.
Sad to see many lose out...
