And i do see that Adam Blumenthal has Victory on his profile too.. He was sent by IDC to Cambodia to try to takeover the licenses prior to them expiring. IDC offered peanuts....shells to the owner, disregarding all the losses caused intentionally previously. Living in Denial and faking it permanently ?
