Who knows, I do know that I wont be accepting the offer and will sell my shares on market rather than accept.Too many other shares out there with bigger upside than PDN at the moment, also waiting another couple of months to get your shares for the extra half cent/cent that its worth per NGM share doesn't excite me ..
