Simply cannot understand how VPE would "give away" that oil to ITC for "more or less FREE" (which as a VPE shareholder I would not like to see happening, naturally) or alternatively HOW ITC would be able to FINANCE the purchase of VPE's oil grounds.
I also do not foresee an amalgamation of the two companies - but I could be wrong on this, of course. That would be the only way for your scenario to kind of happen in my view, but then it will no longer be ITC but just the "oil side" of VPE (perhaps named ITC instead of VPE OIL).
Time will tell as usual.
All JIMHO and I could be wrong of course.
