Because VPE is so incredibly undervalued I tend to use RBS Morgans VPE valuation of 54 cents which would then value ITC at 13.5 cents.
And in my mind, due to the significant upside coming to VPE with both CSG and oil, everyone is a winner.
I know that may sound a bit confusing but if it came down to hard valuations I think the above would be about right.
