I'll go as far to say I consider SOC undervalued on just it's own tenements and JV funding - totally discount PMR to end this pointless debate which is off topic, incorrect most times your end and detracting from Mt Adrah.

900m of desiminated sulphides from surface on the same structure as rio and newcrest is more than enough to justify current price. I would hazard a guess those buying today bought purely on Mt Adrah and wouldn't have delved too deep into the PMR potential, so lets call it cream.
