I had a long chat with RL despite having given him a hard time at the EGM! Suffice to say that as the TH announcement said OIP and GGX are reconsidering the merger and looking at their options in the light of the IE changing its opinion. I thought that they would have an announcement out before open although I guess it can be later as its in a TH anyway.
