Seems a bit severe to me.

I would rather have a 4C than not. MNF have provided financial forecasts at EOY FY08 that we can use the 4C's to roughly determine if they are on track.

Of course we all understand that it foes not give a full accurate picture of the finances but again, I say that we MNF shareholders are not expecting any unforseen expenditure or creditor blowouts.

MNF forecast to have over $10M in revenue for FY09 and be the first VOIP company in Australia to turn a profit in FY09. Indeed in their last 4C they indicated that they had receipted $2.5M and returned a $90,000 profit for the quarter.

Again, I point out to you that I would rather see this in writing as they do with a 4C than not.
