Why would you think that something smells. I know that this Management is very active,I beleive that part or all of the announcement could be about a Capital Raising for more diversification which is on the way.If i am correct it is up to you to judge whether or not it is good or bad,I am in Tim for the long term as i beleive it has a great business model with enormous potential, and i do beleive in diversification and expansion.
