Well 40% down in Australian market, competitors taking advantage, customers leaking and still trying to blame 'technical integration' challenges. The truth is they don't need to integrate Appointuit (mobile first technology) into the Jayex system (outdated technology), that is a smokescreen for hopeless management. Dig deeper into previous history of the Chair - it's not all good experience and Nick will be just doing what he is told. Their next Quarterly (4C) will be due to publish by end of April - lets see if there is any direction or still make up false issues. I suspect they'll need more funds lent very shortly. A couple of points to investigate:
What happened to their 'partnership with Medical Director (MD has approximately 40% GP practice management market share) it was the apparently the source of abundant leads (re-visit their prospectus
'Jayex Australia has received more than 475 expressions of interest (EOIs) to date from healthcare sites for the Enlighten platform.' (JHL prospectus page 50) - next to nothing eventuated ! They say they had partnerships with all leading PMS vendor in Australia and UK - not really true and misleading- ad -hoc working relationships but there were no formal partnerships with PMS vendors.

However now I see MyHealthFirst, and Hotdoc (https://www.medicaldirector.com/news/medicaldirector-hotdoc-join-forces-boost-patient-engagement ) and AutoMed (https://www.medicaldirector.com/marketplace ) are recognised partners with MD and the Jayex partnership soured quickly - that cuts them out of huge channel to market and makes their addressable market even smaller. I don't think they are faring too well in any partnership to support growth - no news of any in their releases.
