Supreme Court's decision declaring all the allocation of coal blocks since 1993 being illegal will soon have implications on all allocations and permits as well mining leases issued after 1993.
They will be re-auctioned with the same principles applied as for the coal blocks. It shall be seen as a part of new governments's policy aiming at unification and harmonization of juridical procedures and standards.
