I was reading further into coalgate issue today and one criteria was company valuation so I agree with you.

I'm hoping the Noble backing and the funding that has apparently been "lined up" will help convince goverment to grant the ML.

If not. Game over IRL.

Wasted a substantial portion of my life on this.

The best we can do is vote against everything and perhaps call for a meeting? Although I'm unsure of the legal technicalities of that.
